南海航道更路经——又名《南海水路经》、《南海定时经针位》、《顺风得利》、《注明东、北海更路簿》、《去西、南沙的水路簿》，是海南渔民将千百年来航行于南海区域等海域所积累的各种知识、经验世代相传，并形成以口头相传的《更路传》、手抄本《更路簿》等独特的航海要素相结合的“航海图”，主要流传于海南东部沿海地区。其已成为“海上丝绸之路”航行的实用指南，对研究我国华侨史、外贸史、南海开发史都有着珍贵的史料价值和意义。

“更”是我国古代计算航程的单位，一更等于60里；“路”是指航行的路线图；“簿”就是本子。《更路簿》指手抄航行路线图的手抄册子，《更路传》指口传的航行路线经验。不同的名称是不同的手抄（或口述记录）本。

The logbook in its various names is a collection of navigational knowledge, experience and routes handed down over centuries by fishermen of Hainan from their voyage on the South China Sea. It provides a practical guide to navigation on the maritime silk road and precious historical materials for the study on the history of overseas Chinese, foreign trade and South China Sea exploitation.
