海盐晒制技艺

Sea Salt Production Technique

海盐晒制技艺——利用石槽、海滩泥沙,经反复淹浸滤等一系列复杂手工操作,在海边进行晒制成盐的技艺,主要流传于海南洋浦盐田村。


承载该技艺的海南洋浦盐田有一千两百多年的历史,为中国保存了最为完整的使用原始日晒制盐方式的古盐场。由于海南洋浦古盐田的制盐人开创了这种高产量、高品质的“日晒制盐”先河,清朝乾隆皇帝御书“正德”(洋浦古盐田制盐人的祖先谭正德之名)赐予这些制盐人。

 

 

Preserved mainly at Yantian Village of Yangpu in Danzhou, this technique produces salt through evaporation of sea water brought into stone trenches by tide.


The salt fields that exemplify this technique have a history of over 1,200 years. Due to the high salt output and quality, salt workers received written recognition from Emperor Qianlong (1711-1799) in the Qing Dynasty.
